Motivated Public Speaker
As a certified Dissociation Disorder trainer and facilitator for advanced EMDR trainings in Polyvagal Theory and Parts work, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every speaking engagement. I have spoken internationally on the topics of somatic experiencing and self-esteem, captivating audiences with my insights and practical advice. My extensive work with human trafficking victims and mind-controlled perpetrators of abuse has given me a profound understanding of the tactics and manipulation involved, allowing me to speak with authority and compassion.
With over eight years of professional experience working with victims of governmental mind control and ritual abuse, I have developed a robust framework for offering encouragement and education to their providers. I am dedicated to empowering victims to reclaim their memories and find hope amidst their struggles. My work has been featured on numerous podcasts where I discuss the neurobiology of trauma and dissociation, further solidifying my reputation as an expert in the field.
I am deeply passionate about a paradigm shift in the mental health field. My goal is to redefine the vocabulary of mental illness and stability, advocating for a perspective that views individuals as gifted and recovered. I am motivated by the desire to empower the broken and hopeless, helping them to grasp their wholeness and unstoppable power. My dynamic speaking style, combined with my in-depth knowledge and personal passion, makes me a powerful motivator and advocate for change. Whether speaking to clinicians, survivors, or the general public, I strive to inspire and educate, fostering a deeper understanding of trauma and dissociation. I am here to make a lasting impact, one speech at a time, and to guide others toward a path of healing and empowerment.
Trainings
As an experienced trainer, I specialize in presenting advanced topics to clinicians, including somatic experiencing, coping with dissociation, understanding trauma's impact on the body, and the neurobiology of trauma and dissociation. I offer comprehensive training on creating a landscape for DID treatment and utilizing the 3 phases of ISST-D guidelines with EMDR modified protocols. My goal is to educate professionals on becoming catalysts for a new mental health paradigm.
With a passion for transforming mental health treatment, I am eager to bring these trainings to professional settings, empowering clinicians to enhance their practice and improve client outcomes. Contact me for details!

Sessions and Fees
In-Person and Teletherapy Sessions
At our practice, we understand the importance of flexibility and accessibility in mental health care. That's why we offer both in-person and teletherapy sessions to accommodate your unique needs and preferences.
Whether you prefer the traditional setting of face-to-face interaction or the convenience of connecting from your own space, we are here to support you on your journey to wellness.
In-Person Sessions
For those who find comfort and value in face-to-face interactions, we provide in-person sessions at our conveniently located office. This setting allows for a direct and personal connection, fostering a therapeutic environment that can be particularly beneficial for individuals seeking a more immersive experience.
Our office is designed to be a safe and welcoming space where you can focus entirely on your healing and growth.
Teletherapy Sessions
We also offer teletherapy sessions, which bring the benefits of therapy to the comfort and privacy of your own home. This option is ideal for individuals with busy schedules, mobility issues, or those who simply prefer the convenience of remote sessions.
Teletherapy is conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platforms, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality are always protected.
Insurance & Fees
Insurance
Good news! I am an out-of-network provider, meaning your insurance is accepted based on your out-of-network benefits. With these benefits, you can receive substantial reimbursement for psychotherapy services depending on your coverage and after the annual deductible is met (check your insurance card for "OON deductible"). Patients are responsible for the full fee of the session at the time of their appointment. We provide all the necessary documentation for your payment to turn into an "out-of-network" reimbursement for you.
Most private health insurance plans offer some level of out-of-network reimbursement. If you see the terms "POS," "PPO," or "out-of-network" on your insurance card, you are likely eligible. If you see "HMO," "Medicare," or "Medicaid," then you probably do not qualify. Please check with your insurance company or HR representative to confirm your benefits.
I work with Thrizer, a company that helps patients explore their out-of-network benefits with their insurance companies and submit claims on their behalf, so they can get their reimbursement. You can check with Thrizer first (they do this for free) before committing to therapy.
